Project Description

DÜNYA ŞEHİR is a large-scale residential development in Istanbul featuring over 600 units, designed around modern urban living and integrated digital sales experiences.

For the project, we developed a real-time Unreal Engine digital twin with interactive availability, virtual walkthroughs, financing tools, and full sales-team integration, alongside 3D modeling and AI-driven content creation to support marketing and sales operations.
