Arthouse Private Residences offers a curated collection of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom residences, thoughtfully designed to balance functionality, comfort, and contemporary luxury living.
To support sales and marketing efforts, we developed a series of hyper-realistic 3D floor plans that bring each residence to life. From material selection and asset sourcing to visual development in 3ds Max, every floor plan was crafted to help potential buyers better understand the layout, scale, and living experience of their future home.
